ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Actively monitor clan activities, both elders and members
- Schedule seasonal goals (farming, pushing)
- Provide advice and motivation to all members
- Discusses member's performances for possible promotions
- Communicates clan's vision and goals to all members
- Evaluates strength and weakness of the clan and come up with plan to address any issues
- Promote use of clan website
Elders
- Must Be Role Models
- Strictly enforces the clan rules
- Promote use of clan website
- Monitors member activities (chat and performance)
- Provides advice/guidance
- Active in recruitment
- Welcomes new members and make them feel at home
- Give warnings to members violating clan rules
- Maintain order and kickout members, if needed
Members
- Follow Clan rules
- Use website, read/absorb information about the clan
- Support Clan goals (farming, pushing) as directed by the Clan Leadership
- Stay Active in chat and in game including requests and donations
- Participate in Clan Wars if eligible, give advice early if unable to
- Do not ask for promotions, they are earned overtime and given to deserving members.
